The InnoTrans Berlin, the world's largest, most influential and comprehensive railway technology exhibition, has received strong support from professional organizations such as the European Railway Industry Federation, the German Railway Industry Association, and the German Underground Transportation Equipment Association. Germany's railway technology is at the forefront and is also a successful model for the development of high-speed rail globally. The market worth tens of billions of euros attracts exhibitors and visitors from all over the world.
It is divided into 5 exhibition areas: railway technology, railway infrastructure, vehicle interiors, public transportation, and tunnel construction. The outdoor exhibition area is the unique selling point of InnoTrans: The outdoor exhibition area features a 3,500-meter-long track, showcasing a large number of locomotives, trains, and other rail vehicles. There is also a special gauge display specifically for wide-gauge and narrow-gauge rail vehicles. At the same time, various high-level seminars and professional activities related to rail transportation are held, making it an international conference for top decision-makers in the economic, political, and transportation fields.
China's urban rail transit has developed from nothing to being at the forefront of the world. Now, it has the world's largest vehicle manufacturing enterprise - CRRC. The "Made in China 2025" initiative is in alignment with the "Industry 4.0" concept of Germany. CRRC and Siemens jointly produced subway locomotives, which were exported to countries like the United States and Brazil, demonstrating the vigorous vitality of the tripartite cooperation.
At the InnoTrans Berlin railway exhibition, there were also many world-leading vehicle manufacturers, such as Alstom, Bombardier, Siemens, CRRC, CRSC, Huawei, etc. New products and new technologies were showcased for the first time on the global stage, which is unparalleled anywhere else in the world.
