We have a shipment handled by DHL Express bound for the Amazon FBA Warehouse in Kemps Creek, NSW. Currently, the local customs office requires an Australian importer of Record (IOR) / Bill-to Entity on the commercial invoice to proceed with the final clearance.
What we need from you:
Can your company act as our importer of Record (IOR) or provide a local AU entity name/ABN for this customs clearance?
Can you coordinate with DHL Sydney to complete the clearance on our behalf?
