The importing/exporting company is responsible for purchasing and negotiating the deal terms with suppliers/buyers. once the negotiation is finalized, Airphoenix begins its work. We receive the Invoice and Packing List, the Customs department analyzes the documents and, together with the client, approves the shipment. At the same time, the Customs department starts issuing the Manifest and drafts the import Declaration. All of this is always aimed at speeding up the final registration of the import Declaration, which can only occur after the cargo arrives in Brazil. As soon as the cargo arrives in Brazil, Airphoenix undertakes to clear the goods within 72 hours, in the case of the green channel. After clearance, the company delivers the cargo to the client's premises.
