Export and export documentation

We take over once an exporter has received an order, we arrange for the freight, prepare documentation in accordance with the letter of credit requirements, arrange for issuance of the certificate of origin, provide insurance cover where needed, attestation of commercial invoice, packing list by the importing country's Embassy if required under the terms of contract in the shortest possible time to ensure that our clients get paid in the shortest time possible.

We also arrange for the freight to be shipped, prepare customs clearances, inspection by the Food inspection agency for the issuance of the Phyto Sanitary certificate if required by the importing country. We also arrange fumigation of export cargoes, if required, by either Methyl Bromide of Aluminum Phosphate, whichever is needed by the importers. We also file the necessary documentation needed by transit and importing countries.

AOG and ONG movements are also catered to by our staff who are available 24/7 right through out the year

import Clearances and Assistance in import documentation

We arrange for the filing of pre-shipment declarations by the transit and importing countries to ensure safe transit and arrival of cargo. We arrange for pre-clearance of cargoes prior to their arrival at the port of first discharge, in accordance with the government regulations to enable our clients to receive the cargo as soon as it is discharged from the vessel, unloaded at the arrival terminal. We also arrange for warehousing in case of need. Customs duties are paid by under under agreements with our clients. DDU AND DDP are also one of our fortes since we have our controlled transportation able to move all types of shipments including overweighted loads and out of guage loads. We also handle temperature controlled shipments as well as AOG shipments.

Ship handling

We husband all types of Dry Cargo bulkers, grain Carriers, breakbulk Carriers, Gas carriers, CPC, DPC, DPC, HPC, HL, DCC, Cruise Vessels. We provide stevedoring, tallying, chandling, ship repair, dry docking, crew changes both onshore and offshore services.

We hold records for the fastest discharge of CPP, DPC, EPC as well as steel products whether they are coils, sheets, plates, ONG pipes, grain in bulk from conventional vessels with immediate bagging foreshore. We are also pioneers in double banking vessels both loading and discharging cargoes simultaneously and one vessel loading and the other discharging.

Our management team consists of Merchant Mariners consisting of Captains Chief Engineers and members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Ship brokers as well as from other facets in the maritime trade who join together for an effortless operation.
